Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included items.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
Items returned without prior authorization or that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and its packaging
We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
Return Process

Customers should not return products without first receiving return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
- For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To request an exchange, please contact us before returning the product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if the item meets our return eligibility requirements.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a prompt resolution before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
